The contrast is quite obvious: On Sept. 24 I started using the RCT Belly Orbiter, and today Oct. 4 my body looks quite different. Given the fact that I only lost 7 lbs, I would say this exercise helps more on strengthening my health and giving me better shape. Originally, I planed to lose 30 lbs in 3 months, that is from 160 lbs to 130 lbs. I still hold this plan, but my first priority is to improve my health. I feel that I am on the right track.
